The Itinerary3 DAYS / 2 NIGHTS EL NIDO TOUR - LAGOON, BEACHES, COVES AND CAVES
Day 1 - El Nido
Meet and transfer to El Nido (5 hours travel time). Upon arrival to El Nido then check-in to accommodation at 2pm then free time for leisure.
Day 2 - El Nido & Islands
Get ready to spend an amazing day with a tour of the wonders of the Nest. At the end of the tour at 4:00 p.m. you can return to the hotel or stay on the coast. Start at the small lagoon or Small Lagoon, located in a cove on Miniloc Island. Swim through a small hole or take a kayak to reach it and fall in love with its calm turquoise crystalline waters, its limestone walls lined with orchids and the great diversity of marine life it offers. Discover the Big Lagoon or large lagoon aboard a Polynesian canoe. Marvel at the beauty of its crystal clear waters full of marine life. This lagoon is known to be an important breeding area for fish and crustaceans. Get to know Seven Commandos beach (seven commands), named after the seven Japanese commands left behind after World War II that stayed to live on the island. The island has a long white sand beach lined with palm trees. Explore Shimizu Island and its impressive limestone cliffs where birds such as salangana and swift nest. Their nests are used to make a soup with healing powers according to the beliefs of Asians. Be captivated by the Pangalusian Island that has one of the largest stretches of white sand beach in the Nest. I could take advantage of sunbathing, watching the sunset or doing other activities on the beach. Its waters full of coral reefs make it a perfect place to dive or snorkel. Visit the Cadugnon point and its cave, an important anthropological site, where jewels and pottery objects dating from the Sung dynasty (960 - 1279 BC) were made. Anthropologists believe that the inhabitants of the cave were from Borneo and traveled through the old bridge that linked Palawan and Borneo. A small opening hidden between the rocks near the beach reveals a cathedral that looks like a cave inhabited by sea sparrows. Marvel at the beauty of the stone formations and discover how to climb a small limestone hill. Tour Pinasil Island and the Cathedral cave, accessible only by batel or kayak. Its inner freshness is illuminated at certain times of the day when sunlight caresses the top through a crack. Marvel at the beauty of Snake Island, located near Pangalusian Island. It is known as a snake island because of its fine natural sand that has an "S" shape giving the impression of winding its banks when the tide is low. On both sides of the sand there are shallow swimming areas. Climb the hill of the nearby island to have an impressive panoramic view of the seascape and the bay of Bacuit.
